How it goes

1. Read the grow-out. The barber checks how the hairline and neck have softened since your last cut and where a razor will do the most to reset it.
2. Razor the line. Hairline, temples, and neck are re-cut with a straight razor for the same crisp edge you left the chair with last time.
3. Edge & finish. Around the ears and any part is cleaned up, a beard edge tidied if you wear one, and the neck finished with a warm towel.
